CreativeRx 14-Week Program
Expressive Arts & Somatics
Program Description
CreativeRx is a 14-week immersive, experiential program for people who want to explore their inner world more deeply: beyond what traditional therapy or self-help typically offers.
Whether you’re seeking personal healing, creative expansion, or new tools for working with others, this program offers a structured trauma-informed pathway for growth.
The work integrates expressive arts, subconscious exploration, somatic practices, and nervous-system-aware methods. Together, they create a foundation for gentle expansion, safe exploration, and confidence in your own healing and embodied wisdom.
Inside CreativeRx, you won’t just learn techniques—you’ll practice them, experience them in your own body, and develop clarity and confidence to use them ethically, intentionally, and effectively.
This is a small, intimate container (maximum of five participants), allowing for individualized guidance, supportive feedback, and a deeply personal experience.
Program Emphasis
CreativeRx emphasizes integration, not just information.
You will learn and practice somatic techniques, experience demonstrations, and learn how to titrate your inner process in a trauma-informed way.
There will be moments of depth and opportunities to go inward. You’ll witness and participate in demonstrations that show subconscious patterning, suggestion, and embodiment actually unfolding. Hands-on experience is essential for lasting change.
This is not 14 weeks of emotional intensity. Think of it as grounded, creative, experiential training
What Will I Learn?
from a Trauma Specialist
Who Will I Become After 14 Weeks?
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| I felt disconnected from my creativity | I feel an expansion in creativity through visual journaling and body mapping |
| I’m living mostly in my head | My creativity feels alive and accessible |
| My intuition feels quiet | I know how to work with my inner signals |
| I don’t have formal training in hypnosis, expressive arts, breathwork, or trauma-informed foundations | I have tools I trust, founded in ethical care and trauma-informed methods |
| I feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure what to do next | I understand my subconscious patterns |
Why This Works:
Subconscious work creates neuroplastic shifts
Somatic work anchors you back into the body so feelings become safe
Expressive arts bypass thinking and expand beyond talking and verbal expression
Trauma-informed pacing prevents overwhelm
Small-group structure ensures personalized attention

Program Schedule
Off weeks (integration/rest)
Last year was my first hypnosis experience that incorporated expressive arts and vibrational sound healing with Mary . This was the first time my brain was quiet in my entire life! After that experience, l started my journey to pursue rest of training in all modalities that Mary teaches which are gentle and exploratory while also incredibly powerful when put into practice. What I love about her approach is the softer and gentler side of the work I completed with her including ... nature art, bilateral drawing and movements, and vibrational work. It was how we focused on the calming of the nervous system in contrast to uprooting or intense catharsis. Her modalities and my 1:1 training with her allowed me to be a completely different person from a year ago. I really learned the integration piece of inner child healing and emotional work, and what calms my nervous system and I learned the expressive practices calmed me. In fact, my coworkers, patients and children noticed my affect is calmer than it has ever been in my past.
